To fulfill this social responsibility, the GERRY WEBER Group joined the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). The BSCI operates an international program for the introduction, enforcement and improvement of social standards.
The core elements are training of awareness and knowledge of employee‘s needs and a partnership-based cooperation to achieve an improvement in case of possible malpractice.
GERRY WEBER International AG obligates its suppliers to comply with the minimum social standards according to the BSCI Code of Conduct and strives with them together to achieve feasible solutions for improvement.
